I knew I was on to something! Essential oils are essential! I just finished my aromatherapy class last week!
REPEAT of my first essential oil post from last month...
LAVENDER. A truly great essential oil, one should have on hand...for many many purposes! I can't believe I'm just now learning more about essential oils and their infinite number of uses. No reason for me to be the only one who is learning more...so here you go...
(And there's many many more...so look them up! Google for your health, research, ask, learn, live!)
