Week 1 Activity: Write your personal bio and post

                     A Little About Me, Robert Charles Griffin Jr:

    Born and raised in Little Rock, Arkansas He is the single father of one teen-aged son (Robert III). After graduating from the historic high school Little Rock Central High, he went on to receive a bachelor's degree in History with a minor in Studio Arts from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock in 1998. However, this past year he has decided to try something new and enrolled in school at the Southwest Institute of Healing Arts and started studying holistic health. Basically because it seemed as though his college degree in history and art were no more than a hobby for him...they really didn't seem to satisfy his calling and need for a higher purpose in service to others.
      Thus he is now working to become a Holistic Wellness Practitioner, specializing in Nutrition and Hypnotherapy. And in this way, He would like to humbly try his best to make the world a better place in every way that he can. Mainly, he wants to do his best to motivate, educate and support our entire community's overall well-being by spreading and promoting all positive knowledge to all he comes into contact with. He wants everyone to know that a healthier lifestyle is possible, even though no one (including and especially himself) is perfect. We all struggle day-to-day, and it is up to us all to help each other and that is what Griffin Holistic Wellness is all about...us helping one another with knowledge, love and fellowship.
