Cancerous Foods We May Come Into Contact With Daily.

     I know we get tired of hearing don't eat this, you can't eat that.  Too much of anything is probably bad for us. This is a list of foods that most us eat everyday.  We just have to watch and/or limit our intake. Be realistic and change at the pace you are comfortable with. We didn't develop our bad eating habits overnight...so DO NOT expect to be perfect & change overnight! Drastic diet change is not the best way to do it for most of us! 
 Potato chips are fried in high temperatures to make them crispy but this also causes them to make a material called acrylamide, a known carcinogen that is also found in cigarettes.
 Sodas contain artificial colorings and food chemicals like derivative 4-methylimidazole (4-MI); no wonder soda pop has been shown to cause cancer.
     Most canned foods are a concern because of what the can may be lined with. The lining of almost all conventional grocery canned foods are made with a chemical called bisphenol-A, or BPA. Tomatoes are exceptionally dangerous due to their high acidity, which seems to cause BPA to leech from the lining of the can into the tomatoes themselves.
     And finally I want to add, yes fish is one of the healthiest foods possible, however farmed salmon is one you should avoid.
